Packing Operative

Due to continued expansion we are looking for a Packing Operative to join our fantastic team here at Silvermere Haven!

Within this role, you would be working as part of a team in our busy and fast-paced packing room working Monday - Friday 10am to 5.30pm. You will work alongside a friendly team and where training and support will be provided. 

 Duties and responsibilities to include:

• Preparing pets ashes for clients effectively and efficiently
• Stock taking/checking
• Taking delivery of stock and supplies (Goods In)
• Checking for damaged or missing items
• Checking in stock and locating to suitable safe area
• Preparing Ashes for Delivery
• Ensuring all paperwork is kept up to date
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• General housekeeping

Key skills and experience required:

• The ability to work quickly, efficiently and accurately
• Strong teamwork skills
• Moderate IT skills
• A good understanding of health and safety
• A willingness to be flexible when required

Please note: Some heavy lifting may be required.
