Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the veterinary
Lead and support a team of veterinarians, nurses, and client care
Manage staff rosters, inventory, and ordering of supplies.
Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and standards.
Drive client service excellence and resolve escalated concerns.
Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
About you:
Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
Proven experience in veterinary nursing and team coordination.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Passion for animal care and team wellbeing.
