What you'll do:
Lead, support and inspire our veterinary and support teams across three practices.
Foster a culture of engagement, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
Oversee administration, compliance, and financial processes with attention to detail.
Work closely with clinical directors and head nurses to align practice goals and strategy.
About you:
A natural leader with excellent people skills.
Organised, approachable, and confident in administration and management.
Skilled at engaging and motivating teams to perform at their best.
Able to balance client care with efficient practice operations.
Experience in veterinary or healthcare management is desirable but not essential.
