Here at the Dart Vale Veterinary Group we are looking for a full time Practice Manager to join our team in Totnes, South Devon 

An innovative, accomplished, proactive leader is required to join our forward looking veterinary practice.  A proven track record of motivating and leading a team is essential though veterinary experience is not. However, you should have sound management experience at a senior level. You will also need to be IT literate, financially astute, with excellent organisational and planning skills. You should be comfortable and enthusiastic with change management in a dynamic and demanding first opinion and referral environment; the ideal candidate would have strong people management and customer service skills, potentially from a retail background or similar. 

The Practice Manager will work in partnership with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients. Within this role you will be involved in all aspects of managing a multi-site team, including financial responsibility, debt control, client complaints, people management and premises management. You should be a great problem solver and able to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills, as well as effective team management daily. A clean driving licence is required to be able to drive between our five sites.
