The reception team plays a vital role within the practice and is often the first point of contact for our clients. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role would be beneficial, particularly within healthcare, veterinary, or other service-based industries, but it is not essential. More importantly, we are looking for someone who:
  • Remains calm and professional under pressure.
  • Can effectively multitask in a busy and fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent communication and people skills.
  • Maintains a positive and friendly disposition at all times.
  • Places customer care and client experience at the heart of everything they do.
  • Is computer literate and comfortable learning new systems, or has a willingness to develop these skills.
  • Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Works well as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
  • Is eager to learn and develop within the role.
At Charter Veterinary Centres, we believe our people are our greatest asset. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who shares our values, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to ensuring every client and pet receives the best possible experience.
