We have a rare and exciting opportunityfor a RegionalBusiness Manager to join our Farm Division. This role will oversee the Midlands and Wales regions; covering Severn Edge Farm, Cheshire Farm Vets, Dyfed Farm Vets and Pembrokeshire Farm Vets. This is a newly created role with the intention of overhauling historical practice ways of working, putting in place new structures and businesses processes to establish the most efficient means of servicing the practice client base.
Our Farm division has over 120 vets in 15 modern farm specific practices nationwide. Our practices offer a comprehensive range of services, with a focus on helping our clients prevent disease and maximise efficiency of production on their farms.
Our collective buying power enables us to assist our clients with the most cost-effective solutions to all their animal medicine requirements.
The overall aims of this role are to:
Identify new business opportunities which includes but is not limited to new markets, new clients/ farms/ buying groups, new products and clinical services which your region can offer
Build relationships with current clients, plus potential new clients or buying groups- with a focus on expanding our sales and client base through Wales
Develop great administrative and sales teams in all our practices to ensure our farming clients always receive an exceptional customer service
Work closely with our Clinical Directors and Vet Teams to help them offer excellent clinical services and drive preventative healthcare initiatives
Create sales and profit forecasts and actively work towards reaching them, communicating this to the team and key stakeholders within each region

Have a passion for Agriculture and understand the challenges that our clients face
Possess a strong understanding of the company's products and services, the competition in the industry and positioning
Have the energy to grow the practices and their services, looking to not only offer cleading clinical care but be the go to farm vets within their region
Are able to build a program of engaging client meetings and events across the region, building strong relationships between the different practice teams and the local farming industry
Would like to attend conferences and events where you will be required to build relationships as well as look at new clinical service, products and meet clients
Can identify and attend key shows in the region and manage the marketing budgets to maximize each practices exposure in a region
Are able to collaborate with the rest of Regional Business team to design and produce social media, website and flyers as required as well as offers and adverts based on products seasonality and competitor activity
