The Opportunity

As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage planned and reactive facilities management (FM) service delivery by suppliers and contractors across a diverse portfolio. This role involves significant stakeholder engagement to ensure first-class service delivery to our practices. Your technical expertise in facilities management will be vital in supporting reactive maintenance across various disciplines.

 

Key Aspects of the Role:

  • This is a field-based position requiring travel across North West England. Applicants should be within a reasonable commute to our practices in this region.
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and Compliance are prioritized in all FM service deliveries.

Please note: the start date for the successful candidate will be from July 2nd 2026

Responsibilities

  • Oversee FM service delivery across a mixed portfolio, collaborating with the Property department and H&S team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, adding value through facilities management to the wider business.
  • Work proactively with suppliers, contractors, and the CVS team to maintain high service standards.
  • Support the development of technical policies, standards, and guidance.
  • Monitor and analyse data trends to enable preventative/corrective actions and informed decision-making.
  • Drive process improvements and highlight commercial opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, legislation, and CVS policies.
  • Share best practices across the facilities team.
  • Network externally to stay informed of industry opportunities and challenges.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric, multi-site role with transferable skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in facilities management for a large, diverse operational estate.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • Resilient, energetic, and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Compliance developments.
  • Full driving license essential.
