MiNightVet, Winchester – OOH's Veterinary Nurse - daytime only, 1 in 6 Sunday shift

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and caring veterinary nurse to take on a RVN part- time weekend position for our dedicated out of hours service in Winchester. Our MiNightVet service is an increasingly busy OOH's hospital with a varied workload and a great opportunity for professional learning. You do not have to have previous ECC experience but a willingness to learn and continue your nursing professional development is essential.

Along with having the opportunity to join our dedicated and friendly veterinary team here at MiNight Vet you will gain experience in the ECC field working with a highly experienced team in a well-equipped hospital.

Responsibilities include inpatient care, triaging and treating emergencies, assisting with surgical and medical procedures, anaesthesia, client care and communication. We are looking for a team player and someone who is diligent and efficient with a great work ethic.

The position involves:

• 1 in 4 Sunday shifts, 8am to 7pm
• 1 Bank Holiday shift a year
• You can get a slice of the profits by joining our share-save scheme
• Salary up to £25per hour depending on experience
• Annualised hours contract with CPD and annual leave allowance on top of hourly rate
