Here at Anton Vets in Andover, Hampshire, we are excited to be able to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our amazing team.
As our new Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will work ideally 40 hours a week or part time if you would like to.
The role will involve caring for inpatients; a mix of exotics and small animal – we treat and hospitalise a wide range of species from bearded dragons, rabbits and chickens to penguins, porcupines and most things in between. You will also assist the on-call vet with emergency cases and surgeries as required (1:6 day weekends only).
If you have a background in exotics or are eager to learn, this is the role for you! But don't worry, if your preference is small animals, there is still plenty of opportunity to specialise and focus on that too.
We are keen on CPD and career progression and would support further study to certificate level if you are looking to gain further qualifications.
