Life at Ashman Jones Veterinary Centre

Ashman Jones Vets is made up of 3 small animal practice sites with a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. This role will be based 2 of our sites in Bathford and London Road, Bath.

Bathford is purpose-built site opened in early 2026 and alongside our established practice at London Road, offer you the facilities and specialist equipment you need to deliver outstanding care. We pride ourselves on our friendly and collaborative environment where everyone is supported in providing the best possible care to animals.

Our practice sites are located within suitable commuting distance from several cities and towns including Bath, Bradford-on-Avon, Chippenham and Bristol. We are a fun and hard-working team that like to get together to enjoy work and the social side too.

 

About you 

Due to continued growth as a result of our new Bathford site, we're looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team. No two days will be the same, you will: 

  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional careto both our patients and their owners every day. 
  • Support the outcome of patients carein all aspects of clinical work as part of the team. 
  • Ensure Quality is maintainedby keeping our practice in excellent condition- ensuring quality of care and the best possible outcomes for every patient 
  • Learn, develop and grow with us, taking advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities offered by CVS and our practice. 
  • Contribute to creating a positive environment, fostering a friendly, welcoming and supportive team culture. 
  • Communicate with confidence, use your exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and the pets they love.
