We put our people first—because when you're supported, you can deliver the very best care. With industry-leading learning, hands-on training, and guidance, you'll have everything you need to grow your skills and confidence. Whether you're looking to progress in your current role or explore new career pathways, CVS is the place to nurture your future career.

Life at Fernside Veterinary Centre

We would love to have another RVN join us! Fernside has a strong team of experienced, conscientious vets, friendly receptionists, 2 RVNs and 2 student RVN's. The RVC does all our OOH.

We are open to a wide range of experience and can be flexible on hours. If you wanted to combine a little management with nursing, that would be an option too. As we are part of CVS, we have a much bigger support network for training and development.

Client and patient care matter enormously to us and please take the time to read through the feedback on our Facebook page (Fernside Vet) to get a feel for our ethos. Salary is truly dependent on experience

Our practice site is loved in Borehamwood, a bustling town in southern Hertfordshire, located about 12 miles northwest of Central London. Steeped in a rich film and TV heritage since the 1920s, it balances suburban life with commuter convenience.
