Competitive Salary: £27,800 - £29,500 (pro rata) depending on experience

Life at Pinfold House Veterinary Centre

We are looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team and work 40 hours across 4 or 5 days with a share in the mornings and bank holiday rota – there are no OOH requirements.  

Pinfold House Veterinary Centre is a welcoming, rural practice in Doncaster, offering a fantastic balance of routine medicine and surgery within a close-knit and supportive environment. With a dedicate team of two vets and experienced nurses, including a vet currently working towards a certificate in diagnostic imaging, the practice is committed to developing its clinical services and expanding nurse-led clinics.

Our facilities include digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, multiparameters, endoscopy, microscope, fluid pumps, in-house lab equipment, and separate cat and dog wards, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care. With Bronze Fear Free Cat & Dog status and Dogs Trust Dog Friendly and ISFM Cat Friendly accreditations, the practice has a loyal client base and a strong reputation for personalised care.

No two days at Pinfold House are ever the same, your responsibilities will include:

• Provide high-quality patient care, running wards and monitoring recovery
• Deliver nurse consults and clinics
• Monitor anaesthetics for first and second ops
• Support student nurses in their clinical journey

About you

Our ideal candidate will have some experience as a qualified veterinary nurse and be confident in all areas of nursing, including anaesthetics. An interest in clinical coaching is desirable but not essential.
