We have an opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team here at West End Vets.

Rota: 40 hours a week. Across 4 or 5 days. No Sundays, No OOH's, No on call. We can be flexible with the days so please get in touch.

Life at West End Vets

West End Vets is a well-established small animal practice with a friendly, long-serving team of 5 vets, 4 nurses, and 4 receptionists. We pride ourselves on our supportive, collaborative environment and high standards of care. Across our two well-equipped practices in Edinburgh,  Tollcross and Morningside, we offer modern facilities including separate cat and dog wards. Our team includes two certificate holders in surgery, allowing us to provide a broad range of procedures in-house.

 

About you

We're looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our West End team. No two days will be the same, you will:

  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional care to both our patients and their owners every day.
  • Support the outcome of patients care in all aspects of clinical work as part of the team.
  • Ensure Quality is maintained by keeping our practice in excellent condition- ensuring quality of care and the best possible outcomes for every patient
  • Learn, develop and grow with us, taking advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities offered by CVS and our practice.
  • Contribute to creating a positive environment, fostering a friendly, welcoming and supportive team culture.
  • Communicate with confidence, use your exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and the pets they love.
