Registered Veterinary Nurse

Location: Albavet (Fife, Scotland)

Contract: Part time (35 hours per week, it will also involve working weekends on a 12-week rota)

Life at Albavet:

We have a wide range of equipment on offer including laparoscopic kit, endoscopy, ultrasound, digital x-ray and dental x-ray.

We provide overnight care of stable in patients within the main practices with a team of night nurses, maintaining continuity of care for patients and clinicians.

The clinical team includes certificate holders in surgery, ECC, behaviour and medicine. We have regular access to visiting surgeons for support of more complex cases and easy access to the Vet Oracle support platform for support in medicine, cardiology, dentistry, dermatology and more.

We offer a brand-new dog and cat Behaviour Clinic referral service, led by Nikki McLeod RVN PGDip(CAB).

About you:

We're looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team. No two days will be the same, you will:

· Be passionate about delivering exceptional care to both our patients and their owners every day.

· Support the outcome of patients care in all aspects of clinical work as part of the team.

· Ensure Quality is maintained by keeping our practice in excellent condition- ensuring quality of care and the best possible outcomes for every patient

· Contribute to creating a positive environment, fostering a friendly, welcoming and supportive team culture.
