Registered Veterinary Nurse

We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Bridge Veterinary Group!

 You'll be joining our friendly team of 9 veterinary surgeons, 8 registered veterinary nurses, 2 student nurses, 6 receptionists and 5 PCA support staff; all contributing to provide the best clinical care to our patients and clients over our three sites.  This role will be based at our Hartlepool branch surgery with occasional shifts at our Middlesbrough (Hospital site) and Billingham (Branch site) sites as needed. 

The role…

We are looking for a full time RVN, but a job share role would be considered.

· To provide a high standard of nursing care, including intensive care and emergency critical care, to a variety of patients.

· Assist our Vets during surgical and medical procedures

· Monitor and support the recovery of patient's post-surgery

· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

· Support and collaborate with your peers

· Contribute to the efficient running of the practice, including client communication

· Support and run nursing clinics

You'll bring...

· Must be RCVS registered

· A passion for animal care and welfare

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
