This is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract for 18.8 hours a week and 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 12pm). Salary up to £32k FTE depending on experience.
Based at our Ludlow small animal practice, which is located approximately 25 miles from Birmingham and only 20 miles from Wolverhampton City. In this role, you will work alongside the nursing and patient care assistant team to deliver the highest level of clinical care. Some shifts may be required at our Craven Arms branch.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide a high standard of nursing care, assist veterinary surgeons, actively promote the products and services of the practice and provide a friendly, efficient and effective service to clients. General nursing duties to include assisting with surgeries, nurse clinics, inpatient care and diagnostic work-ups. General cleaning and maintenance duties to adhere to RCVS standards. Additionally, organise and run regular puppy socialisation clinics, occasional reception cover.
