Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse that enjoys a varied role?
Want to join a practice that will take an active part in progressing your skillset and career?
If you are looking for an amazing working environment, a friendly, supportive team with flexible working options, you will get it all here at Pet Doctors. Our Pet Doctors Hub is made up of 3 branch practices in Rustington, Felpham and Chichester. This role would be working across our Felpham and Rustington branches. Our nursing team are constantly engaged due to encouragement of autonomy, whilst ensuring that they are still supported as much as required. Your role will include a variety of duties including; Nurse consultations, radiography, phlebotomy, and anaesthesiology. We encourage individual interests, and there is plenty of scope for the right RVN to run their own clinics in practice.
At the Rustington and Felpham branches, you will be supported by an incredible team of Vets, Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants, some of which have been with Pet Doctors for over ten years! We pride ourselves on maintaining excellent work life balance, and share working shift patterns out fairly.
Both Felpham and Rustington are based in lovely coastal villages, and the practices maintain a warm family feel.
We are at an exciting time for these two clinics, where we are developing both the clinical and nursing offerings and would love the right person to work alongside us to do this.
In your new role you will be working thirty hours per week. Your role will be based at Rustington and Felpham but you may be occasionally asked to work at other branches when needed. There is also share of a 1:5 Saturday rota, this maybe either based at our Rustington or Chichester sites.
We can also give you clear support and progression with our Nursing Career Pathway. As part of our mission to be the employer of choice within the Veterinary industry, we have launched our ‘Nursing Career Pathway' which has been developed to give a clear career progression route for nurses across our first opinion, referral, and equine practices. As a Nurse within our CVS family, you truly can have a lifelong career which can take you in many directions. Be the Nurse you want to be!
