Life at Highcroft Whitchurch

Highcroft Whitchurch is a busy 24-hour hospital, supported by a passionate team of vets, nurses, PCAs and receptionists. This role will run on a four-week rota, covering exotics, anaesthesia, late wards, and nurse clinics & consultations. 

The role is 40 hours, working a mixture of early (7:30-18:00) and late (10:00-20:30) shifts, across 4 days with a share in the bank holiday and 1 in 8 weekend rota.

Your main responsibilities will include performing ops throughout the day alongside a vet, monitoring anaesthesia during procedures, running nurse clinics, delivering high-quality inpatient care, and providing handovers for ward nurses,

  • Access to digital X-ray, CT scanner, endoscopy, and ultrasound

We're looking for a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our Whitchurch team.
