Registered Veterinary Nurse, Firstvets Veterinary Centre - Heaton, Newcastle.

We have an opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team here at Firstvets, Heaton.

Rota: 40 hours a week across 4 days. 1 in 5 Saturdays. No Sundays or OOH's.

At Firstvets Heaton, you'll be joining a fantastic, established team made up of long-standing and experienced Vets, RVNs, SVNs, Patient Care Assistants, receptionists, and an excellent support team who work collaboratively to provide outstanding patient and client care.

Our well-equipped practice offers a range of modern facilities, including in-house biochemistry and haematology, digital x-ray and ultrasound, with dental radiography soon to be added.

About you

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Firstvets team at Heaton. No two days will be the same, you will:

  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional care to both our patients and their owners every day.
  • Support the outcome of patients care in all aspects of clinical work as part of the team.
  • Ensure Quality is maintained by keeping our practice in excellent condition- ensuring quality of care and the best possible outcomes for every patient
  • Learn, develop and grow with us, taking advantage of ongoing training and development opportunities offered by CVS and our practice.
  • Contribute to creating a positive environment, fostering a friendly, welcoming and supportive team culture.
  • Communicate with confidence, use your exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, clients, and the pets they love.
