Key Responsibilities:

• Support general recruitment administration across both permanent and contingent worker recruitment.
• Receive and direct all inbound queries to relevant team members
• Support market research and mapping activities to support campaign planning
• Make outbound calls to candidates and contractors to confirm eligibility and suitability to work with CVS as required
• Support creation of MI data packs

Skills we are looking for

• General proficiency in all Microsoft packages
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders, good prioritisation and time management
• Ability to research, generate and present data from findings in our CRM to market intelligence
• Fantastic customer service skills to ensure all internal stakeholders and external candidates have a great experience when interacting with our team
