RVN - surgical interest
Would you like to be part of a team of over 50 RVNs within a Multidisciplinary Specialist Hospital?
Our Surgical Nurses do just that. They are a key part of the smooth running of our Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue departments, working closely as a team with our 6 Specialist Surgeons, 2 Surgical Interns and 2 Surgical Residents.
As one of our Surgery RVNs you will be heavily involved with our patient's journeys, from admit to discharge and everything in-between. Our specialist equipment including 160 slice CT scanner, MRI scanner, C arm fluoroscopy unit, minimal invasive surgical equipment, state of the art theatres, cystoscopy/bronchoscopy/endoscopy provides us with the scope to offer a multitude of procedures. No one day is the same.
With a generous and self-directed CPD budget, lots of inhouse training within the team, we never stop learning. There is always someone to ask, learn from and someone to support you in your career goals.
What we can offer:
Our role is suitable for anyone with an interest in Referrals – whether this is your first step or you've been in hospitals for several years, we will tailor our roles to your experience and build the career you want.
If you want to find out if we are the Specialists for you, please email james.ferry@cvsvets.com who will be happy to help arrange a site visit, and set up an open and honest conversation on what life at Lumbry Park is really like.
