We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Senior Farm Administrator at Castle Farm Vets.

 

Location: To be based at our Malton site

Contract: Permanent

Contracted Hours: 30 hours per week minimum- we are open to discussing this

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, with the occasional cover of the Selby branch on a Saturday

 

About Castle Farm Vets Malton:

Castle Farm Vets Malton is a busy, growing practice with a passion for preventative healthcare planning across all varieties of UK Agriculture. We are a small team of driven and motivated individuals who are all keen to get stuck into a variety of tasks.

 

We are looking for a Senior Administrator who is able to channel that enthusiasm and ensure that we remain organised, efficient and on track in everything that we do.

About CVS:

About the Role:

Day-to-day duties of the role will include, but not limited to:

  • Being responsible for Payroll, Month End, Debt Management
  • Creating and managing the rota and shifts for the team
  • Making sure the practice is up to date and compliant with H&S procedures
  • Handling the day-to-day running of the practice

 

What we're looking for:

  • Previous Administration experience is desirable, farm animal experience is a bonus!
  • An excellent communicator with strong empathy
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
  • A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
