As part of our continued expansion, we're now seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior HR Business Partner to lead our people strategy across Australia, partnering with senior leaders to shape a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a key strategic leader within our HR team, reporting to the Head of HR (Australia). You'll oversee HR Business Partnering activity across the region, driving initiatives that support engagement, talent development, succession planning, retention, and leadership capability.
You'll work closely with the Managing Director, Regional Directors, and Practice Leadership Teams to deliver people plans that align with business goals and support our continued growth and transformation.
Please note, this is a home-based position in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane with regular weekly travel as required across Australia

Your Impact
Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of HR strategies across Australia, ensuring alignment with CVS's business objectives and values.
People Planning & Development: Build and deliver HR People Plans across states, focusing on talent pipelines, succession planning, career development, and leadership capability.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior stakeholders to review data and metrics, provide strategic insights, and influence decision-making.
Coaching & Capability Building: Coach and develop operational leaders to foster high-performance teams and drive a culture of accountability and engagement.
HR Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data and technology to implement robust HR reporting, track KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making.
Change & Transformation: Lead strategic HR projects and support the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing: Champion initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and compliance across the business.
Performance Management: Drive clarity of goals and expectations, aligning performance with business outcomes and fostering a results-driven culture.
HR Governance & Policy: Contribute to long-term goals around HR policies, governance, and compliance, ensuring consistency and quality across all people-related activities.
What you'll bring
Proven experience operating at Senior HRBP level, with a track record of aligning HR strategy to business goals.
Strong commercial acumen and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Expertise in HR analytics, data interpretation, and strategic planning.
Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and HR programmes.
Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders with credibility and confidence.
Experience managing and motivating high-performing HR teams.
International HR partnering experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
Resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems (HRMIS).
