We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Clinical Director/Senior Practice Director in Area B, Region 11.
Ideally, you will currently be a Clinical Director or Practice Director in a small animal practice looking for your next step forward. In this role you will cover a group of practices in the R11 region, and report in to the Regional Director.
The successful candidate is expected to possess inspiring leadership skills and will be collaboratively working with the Regional Director, practice management and support teams to influence regional development and performance. Your experience must include being in a clinical director or practice director role for at least one year which has been financially successful. In addition, you must have a strong track record of managing your practice's P&L successfully.
This role will involve being primarily responsible of a home site, as well as spending time in allocated sites, meeting the teams, offering support, leadership, commercial and strategic direction. This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week. Salary dependent on experience.
