We have an exciting opportunity available for a Senior Practice Director to join the team.
In this role, you will support three sites: Buchan, Deveron and Miller & Swann, working full-time, 40 hours a week. You will work closely with our Regional Director to ensure the best for our practices and enjoy living in a stunning part of the World! Salary is up to £65k, depending on experience, plus benefits.
This Senior Practice Director role will be key in supporting the strategic direction and leadership, providing:-
Great people and leadership skills to generate high engagement within the team, region and practices
Excellent communication skills delivering all key messages across the hub.
Working closing with Regional Director, Regional Clinical Leads, Operations Support Manager, HR, Finance and all other support staff resources
Business development knowledge, interpreting financial information, data and KPI Dashboards
Ability to look for new and additional services and build on overall practice and team development
Carrying out regular practice visits, attend and present at regional meetings and work alongside other Senior Clinical/Practice Directors
Look at rota management, debt management and insurance claim forms across all practices and implement improvements, if required.
You will have a main practice base whilst supporting the two other practices: offering support, leadership, commercial and strategic direction to include leading practice meetings, hosting 121's, and delivering practice operational and administrative tasks. This Senior Practice Director role is full-time working 40 hours per week, although a degree of flexibility may be required.
You may currently be a Practice Director or Practice Manager in a small animal practice looking for your next step forward. A Clinical/Veterinary Nurse background is advantageous, but not essential and we would welcome applications from leaders with multi-site management, business development and within non-clinical backgrounds.
The successful Senior Practice Director is offered a salary up to £65k, depending on experience, you will also receive a generous benefits package which will include:
