We have an exciting opportunity for a RVN to take a step up in responsibility and become a Senior Nurse for the MiNight Nurse team.
We are looking for someone reliable and ambitious with excellent communication, patient and client care standards, that has great attention to detail. It is ideal for someone with a passion for developing clinical and personal development individually and for the team. Full training and support will be provided for this role.
Leading and supporting the nursing team
Completing 1-2-1's and regular check-ins with the nurses
Ensuring high-quality patient care is provided at all times
Organise training requirements.
Coordinating rotas including Sunday vet cover
Setting and maintaining clinical standards of care in collaboration with other departmental heads and seniors
Attending as required management meetings with other heads of department
The salary offered for this role is up to £33K FTE depending on experience.
