Responsibilities:
Lead clinical standards and protocols across the practice.
Mentor and support junior vets and nurses.
Manage complex medical and surgical cases.
Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive operational excellence.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused team environment.
Manage and maintain clinic budget
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years of veterinary experience.
Strong surgical and diagnostic skills.
Passion for leadership and team development.
Excellent communication and client care abilities.
Interest in continuous improvement and innovation.
