🔍 The Role
We're seeking a Senior Veterinary Nurse to take on a key leadership position within the team. You'll play an essential role in mentoring, clinical coordination, and day-to-day operations—with clear pathways and support to move into Practice Management.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional patient care and client service
Support and mentor junior nursing staff
Manage daily clinic workflows and assist with scheduling
Assist in inventory, compliance, and quality control
Collaborate with veterinarians and leadership to improve processes
Take an active role in team development and clinic growth
✅ What We're Looking For
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
At least 4 years' experience in small animal practice
Confident leadership and communication skills
Passion for supporting a positive team culture
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
Familiarity with practice management software (e.g., EzyVet)
A clear interest in progressing to a management position within 12–18 months
