The Role

As our Senior / Experienced Nurse, you'll be the heartbeat of our nursing team — blending hands-on clinical care with mentorship and leadership.

This is the perfect role for an experienced nurse who loves to teach, motivate, and take pride in a well-run, compassionate clinic and still loves getting in on the action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire junior nursing staff
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient care and infection control
  • Assist with anaesthesia, surgery, hospital care, and client education
  • Support workflow efficiency and exceptional client service
  • Contribute to training, innovation, and a positive workplace culture

What You Bring

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in small-animal practice
  • Proven mentoring or leadership ability
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
  • A compassionate, proactive attitude and love of animals
