We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join us at Endell Vets Salisbury.
Are you looking for a practice that wants to make a job role that works for you? Where you could have clinical autonomy to develop your interests and follow your passions? Where we have regular clinical meetings to discuss how we want the practice to evolve as a team? Where we put wellbeing and client/patient care at the heart of what we do?
Don't take our word for it. Here is what a recent locum said about us:
“As a locum vet working at Endells over the last few months, I have found everyone to be very friendly, supportive and helpful. The practice is well organised and there is a nice atmosphere. There is a very competent group of nurses who can deal with most things put to them. The practice is spacious, light and situated in a lovely city location.”
Minimal unsociable hours. Saturday mornings are 8am – 12pm (1:3). Last appointment is at 17.45 and the day finishes at 18.15. We are open to flexible working and want to make a role in which you will flourish.
We are lucky to have positive relationships with our onsite out of hours' team provided by VetsNow and within the CVS group more widely which allows team members to access support, learning opportunities and experience in a wide range of areas. We want you to fly so if you are looking for progression and autonomy we want to create that for you or if you are feeling wobbly and are looking for nurturing and support we can provide that too.
Salisbury is itself is a beautiful city, with easy links to the City of London if you like the bright lights and equally easy access to the beach or the New Forest if you like to get wet or muddy on the weekends!
Apart from working alongside a fantastic team, you get to enjoy the following fantastic benefits:
