SKU Creation Executive

At Animed Direct, we are a rapidly growing online veterinary pharmacy and pet shop, specialising in prescription medicines, clinical diets and premium pet products. The SKU Creation Executive will play a key role in supporting product data, pricing and catalogue accuracy across the business. You will work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to source data for new line forms, maintain system and catalogue pricing, and continuously improve SKU and product information so our website is easy for customers to navigate and purchase from.

You will also create and manage product imports, ensuring accurate set-up across our website management system and point of sale. This role offers excellent exposure across e-commerce, pricing, commercial activity and analytics, making it ideal for someone looking to develop a broader career path over time. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Categorise products accurately using CSV imports and manual attribute management
• Create and manage product imports for new lines and product updates
• Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to source complete and accurate data for new line forms
• Support data quality, pricing accuracy and ongoing master data management
• Manage product information within the website management system to deliver a smooth customer journey

Key requirements include:

• Confident in Excel, with experience of e-commerce product uploads, catalogue management or marketplace administration
• Quick to learn new systems and keen to understand processes and how data flows through the business
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with pricing and product data
• Exposure to categorisation, data defects or master data management would be advantageous
• Highly motivated, organised and able to work to deadlines
• A proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and identify opportunities for improvement
