We are seeking an experienced, friendly, practical and caring clinician to join our small animal team. We are a great team with supportive and compassionate nursing and reception colleagues, and we pride ourselves on exceptional service through clear communication and a proactive approach to taking care of our lovely loyal clients.
We pride ourselves on our approach to your professional development, and with both large animal and referral centres in our hub, colleagues are also on hand to learn alongside. We also offer CPD allowances and have a range of in-house learning materials for both clinical and personal growth. Being part of CVS, you also get access to our internal tele-medicine services to request support from our UK wide referral sites and we've recently invested in various tools to help our clinicians access information at a press of a button, allowing all our teams to focus on our clients.
We do also prioritise wellbeing in all our people. From goals to promote a just culture, to encouraging all teams to openly discuss operational issues and optimise how we work, through to our 400 person team of mental health first aiders, we have wide support networks for all our employees.
If you enjoy providing excellent preventive and primary health care in a spacious, modern and well-equipped environment and you are looking for the next opportunity to develop your clinical skills, whilst being part of a great, supportive, team, this role is for you!
