As Outpatient Team Leader RVN, you'll work closely with the Head Nurse to support and lead the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and client service. You'll play a key role in implementing CVS nursing standards, fostering a culture of professionalism and compassion, and driving continuous improvement across the practice whilst working nights.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll:

• Lead by example in clinical excellence and customer service
• Support the integration and development of the nursing team
• Manage rotas, inductions, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and RCVS standards
• Promote a culture of wellbeing, education, and continuous professional development
• Deputise for the Head Nurse and contribute to strategic planning and operational delivery

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident and capable RVN who:

• Is registered with the RCVS
• Has experience in leading or managing a team
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is passionate about coaching and developing others
• Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and practice systems
• Is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and client service
