Role Overview

As a Technical Support Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers and sales teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Gaining and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our equipment and products.
  • Providing technical support and training with confidence and accuracy.
  • Developing resources such as technical support libraries, training videos, and informational leaflets.
  • Coordinating equipment loan services and liaising with manufacturers for technical queries and warranties.
  • Resolving customer issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Setting Direction

  • Build and maintain extensive knowledge libraries for equipment and products.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and marketing teams to enhance product selection and training materials.
  • Identify recurrent equipment issues and propose solutions to the purchasing team.

Developing People

  • Share your expertise with customers and colleagues, creating a robust learning environment.
  • Take the initiative in self-development through continuous professional development (CPD).
  • Participate in and deliver product training sessions, fostering a culture of learning.

Delivering Results

  • Ensure timely communication with customers regarding equipment specifications and deliveries.
  • Assist customers with repairs through various communication channels.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support the implementation of change within the team.

 

What We Require

  • Registered Veterinary Nurse with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail.
