Chester Veterinary Training Centre (CVTC) has three approved VetSkill Veterinary Nurse Centres based in Chester in the North West, Dereham in Norfolk and Harrogate in North Yorkshire. We run apprenticeship courses in Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, Level 2 Animal Care Assistant and privately funded courses in Level 5 Advanced Veterinary Nursing.
We are looking for a part-time Administrator for 26 hours a week spread over 4 days, for a face-to-face role based at the Dereham Centre, just off the A47.
This individual needs to be organised, reliable, efficient, friendly and approachable.
Responsibilities will include helping with student inductions and queries, managing the mailbox and telephone, invigilating exams, tracking information, marketing and supporting students, tutors and the administration team.
The role is unique, interesting, diverse and extremely rewarding for the right candidate who wants to have ownership and grow into a role. IT and marketing experience are preferable but not essential, the role involves different systems, online platforms and creating marketing material.
