
We are looking for a Manager of Veterinary Histopathology to lead our talented team of experienced Histopathologists.
In this role, your primary focus is to maintain the gold standard of diagnostic excellence our clients expect while championing a healthy work-life balance and team collaboration.
Our team operates with a hybrid, flexible approach, blending on-site and remote work. We aren't just looking for a technical expert; we need a people-first leader who ensures every team member, whether at a desk in the lab or a microscope at home feels supported, heard, and equipped to succeed.
Role Details:
Location: Hybrid working – based on site at Finn Pathologists (minimum 2 days per week) and remotely from home, with occasional travel to other sites
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive (up to £100k)
Hours: 40 per week
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 08.30 – 17.30
