We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team here at Chestergates Veterinary Specialists.
This is a permanent part time role.
Bank holidays and some weekends included on a rota basis.
As a receptionist you will provide a friendly, efficient and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to be able to work well within a team, as well as independently.
Previous veterinary receptionist experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Flexibility is a must.
Main duties would include:
Gold standard customer service.
Professional and positive attitude.
Working at a fast pace in a busy environment.
Inbound and outbound calls.
Email management and excellent use of Microsoft programmes.
Appointment bookings and diary management.
Processing prescription requests.
Cash handling and account enquiries.
Insurance queries.
Liaising with different teams and departments within the hospital
General administration duties.
