We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Tilehurst Veterinary Centre.
We are busy small animal practice who are passionate about providing outstanding customer experience from the moment clients walk in the door.
We are look to expand our front-of-house team to support our growing team with face-to-face and behind the scenes tasks. Duties will include answering phones, interacting with clients before and after their appointments and dispensing medications
As a practice, we are passionate in quality improvement and the wellbeing of our staff. We hold regular practice and team meetings and are always open to ideas on how we can improve.
20 hours per week, 8.30-7pm on Monday and Fridays with one in five Saturday mornings 8-1pm.
Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
