Why South Wales Equine?
We are proud of our team, get to know us on our website and check out our Facebook. We are happy to arrange a visit. What you should know is
You will be part of a small but supportive team with a range of skills and interests. Teamwork within South Wales Equine Vets is a core value we have. This does mean helping each other out in practice, however as part of CVS we have a much wider network of colleagues to call on. Referrals are simple with the B&W Equine Hospital being part of CVS who have a staff of Surgical, Medical, Imaging and Sports Medicine Diplomats for those cases requiring further interventions and the use of advanced imaging modalities.
Learning: Our internal CPD hub contains over 1,000 courses ranging from clinical, to client to commercial skills, and we offer a healthy allowance for external courses. We genuinely want all our vets to have the support to develop their skills, and open career pathways for all
Benefits: Our team really find the health cash plan helpful, but with choices including wellbeing orientated options (in addition to our 400+ mental health first aiders). You can see some of the options here
