Veterinary Surgeon, Pinfold House Veterinary Centre, Misterton, Doncaster, Yorkshire.

We have a new Veterinary Surgeon position to join our lovely team here at Pinfold House. The role would suit a Vet seeking a mixture of consults and routine surgeries or we could even accommodate a consultations only role.

Rota: 40 hours a week. If you are seeking part time hours please get in touch to discuss options.

Life at Pinfold:

Pinfold House Veterinary Centre is a welcoming, rural practice in Doncaster, offering a fantastic balance of routine medicine and surgery within a close-knit and supportive environment. We are a dedicate team of two vets and experienced nurses, Patient Care Assistant and Receptionist team.

Our facilities include digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound, multiparametres, endoscopy, microscope, fluid pumps, in-house lab equipment, and separate cat and dog wards, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care. We are a Dogs Trust Dog Friendly and an ISFM Cat Friendly practice that has a loyal client base and a strong reputation for personalised care.

Our practice in Misterton is located on the Chesterfield canal-rural and scenic. We are 30 minutes from Doncaster and Lincoln, and we have great train links from Retford. There are also very good local schools and grammar school in Gainsborough and Lincoln.

You will be:

• Driven by shared passion to provide the best possible care to animals, you're committed to delivering outstanding care to support our patients and their owners.
• Confident in your clinical skills, you'll be able to take on surgical and medical cases and carry out diagnostic investigations with precision.
• Keen to develop, you're committed to gaining further confidence in clinical skills so that you can manage or lead on different case types
• A natural mentor and team player, you'll enjoy supporting and inspiring all colleagues to help them thrive. Providing ongoing support to team members with opportunities for progression.
• Client care comes naturally to you, you know how to create a positive, reassuring experience that builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
• As an experienced vet you'll be comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards.
