Part time Veterinary Surgeon, Three Valleys, Irinestown, Northern Ireland.

Three Valley are on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to become part of our friendly team based in Irinestown, Northern Ireland. 

Rota: 17 hours a week. We can be flexible so please get in touch to let us know what works for you.

Life at Three Valley Vets

Three Valleys Vets has been delivering outstanding veterinary care for over 20 years, supporting small animal, equine, and farm clients across Fivemiletown (Co. Tyrone), Irvinestown (Co. Fermanagh), and the surrounding areas.

We are proud of our loyal client base, who trust us to provide the highest standards of care for their animals. This drives us to maintain strong clinical standards and to approach each case with thoroughness and attention to detail. As a result, we see a varied and interesting caseload.

The team is made up of two veterinary surgeons and three nurses, working within a well-equipped practice with all the usual veterinary facilities.

This is a first-opinion practice offering both small animal and mixed veterinary services. There is an out-of-hours on-call rota, which the successful candidate will be expected to join, with on-call provided from home.

About you

We are seeking a GP Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly and supportive team. You will be:

  • Driven by shared passion to provide the best possible care to animals, you're committed to delivering outstanding care to support our patients and their owners.
  • Confident in your clinical skills, you'll be able to take on surgical and medical cases and carry out diagnostic investigations with precision.
  • Keen to develop, you're committed to gaining further confidence in clinical skills so that you can manage or lead on different case types
  • A natural mentor and team player, you'll enjoy supporting and inspiring all colleagues to help them thrive. Providing ongoing support to team members with opportunities for progression.
  • Client care comes naturally to you, you know how to create a positive, reassuring experience that builds trust and long-lasting relationships.
  • As a vet you'll be comfortable handling a varied caseload, offering guidance to the wider team and contributing to shaping clinical standards.
