Exciting opportunity for a Small Animal Vet in Manchester.
Are you looking for a perfect role which fits in with your out of work commitments? With no OOH offering a great work/life balance?
Here at Buchanan Veterinary Group we feel that work/life balance is vital to a happy, healthy and productive team. We are looking for a full or part-time veterinary surgeon with good all round GP experience, perhaps with a surgical bias, who is looking to become a key member of the veterinary team. In return, we can offer you a work pattern or contracted hours that maximises your ability to have the ideal balance both at home and work. You will enjoy working in a practice that has had a full refurb! We have Dental and Digital X-ray, Orthopaedic equipment and ultrasound facilities on site for those with an interest in this field.
You will work alongside our experienced team of six vets including Medical and Surgical Certificate holders! You will get the chance to work in a busy environment, with access to surgical and medical caseload. Sounds appealing doesn't it? Get in touch to discuss what your work utopia looks like and see if we can help you make that a reality!
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week over a 4-day week, with 1 in 6 weekends and no OOH's, but we can also consider part-time hours, if preferred, as we believe in offering flexible working options.
Our rewards package includes (Pro rata if part-time):
Competitive salary
Attractive bonus scheme
Additional professional development is fully supported and encouraged (including certificate study)
Up to 7 weeks annual leave per year + Bank Holidays (with our buy sell holiday scheme)
RCVS and VDS fees paid
