OOH Veterinary Surgeon – MiNightVet Plymouth – Permanent or FTC – Part Time – £60,000-78,000 FTE depending on experience
We can offer a permanent position or a 6–12 month fixed-term contract, depending on your availability. The contract is annualised, with 7 nights on and 14 off (flexible) shift times 7pm to 8am, Monday to Monday. There's also flexibility around weekend working – these shifts are optional.

Opened in 2022, our OOH service is based within the RCVS-accredited Woodlands Veterinary Hospital. Due to continued development and progression of our services, we're looking for an experienced OOH Veterinary Surgeon to join us on a part-time basis.

This is a brilliant opportunity to experience the buzz of an ECC caseload while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. You'll be joining a close-knit, supportive team that aims to fully work up cases during the OOH shift. There's always a nurse on site, even when you're working sole charge, and we have a WhatsApp support group so you're never on your own.

What we're looking for:
Previous experience in ECC and ideally 2 years post grad preferred – we're flexible on the two-year post-grad experience if you've worked in OOH or ECC
Confident and competent with sole charge
Ideally experience with abdominal ultrasound and radiography – support is always on hand!
