Are you a Veterinary Surgeon seeking a new role within a friendly and fun team?

We are currently seeking a Veterinary Surgeon (for a permanent role or a fixed term maternity cover contract) to join our fantastic Team at Oakley Vets, where professionalism and friendliness thrive!

Our team comprises vets, nurses, patient care assistants, and receptionists who work seamlessly together, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. Honesty and transparency are at the forefront, not only with our clients but also within the team. We take immense pride in our high clinical standards and encourage knowledge-sharing. Working across two Practices, Sonning Common and Oakley, we prioritise excellence in veterinary care.

We are committed to your career advancement and offer support for pursuing certificates and exploring specialisations. Currently, our vets have completed or are studying certificates in fields such as Cardiology, Acupuncture, Small Animal Surgery, Emergency and Critical Care Medicine. If you're interested in obtaining a certificate, we can provide a great case load and funding support.

We are based in Caversham, Reading which is commutable from Pangbourne, Thatcham, Newbury, Wallingford, Basingstoke, Wokingham, Bracknell, Henley-on-Thames, Maidenhead and other surrounding locations in the Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire counties.
