The role:

Full time or part time role; ideally 2+ years experience; permanent.

The Practice:

A close, well established team welcomes you at Market Hall, with a friendly, supportive atmosphere. We are a team of 6 experienced vets, supported clinically by 8 RVNS/SVNs/PCAs and 6 efficient support staff. We see a varied and interesting caseload, and possess a substantial range of diagnostic equipment to allow us to work up cases thoroughly in house. Our main site is found in St Clears where we have digital x-ray, dental x-ray, a new ultrasound scanner for abdominal/cardiac/ocular scans and a range of scopes.  Our branch practice is based in Kilgetty, and has a similar range of equipment and is a newly furnished premises. We are an RCVS accredited and ISFM cat friendly practice and undertake nurse training. CPD and/or further studies are encouraged. Out of hours care is covered by a nearby MiNight hospital.

The role: 

  • A mixture of consultations and surgery.
  • Progression and training supported and encouraged.
  • 1 in 5 Saturday morning rota with a Friday half day back in lieu.
  • Rota'd late vet and nurse each night to help the team to finish on time.
  • Dedicated OOH team at nearby MiNight hospital which covers our OOH.

With branches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire we are situated within easy reach of the coast with amazing scenery and a range of outdoor activities available.
