As a Weekend Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring prescription accuracy during our Saturday and Sunday operations.
While some phone coverage may be required — particularly on Saturday morning — the primary focus of this role will be on prescription administration, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support (Saturday Morning Only):
Provide phone support during open hours (8:00-12:00), ensuring customer queries are handled professionally and empathetically.
Monitor call queues and assist with first-point resolutions where possible.
Escalate urgent or sensitive issues appropriately
Prescription Administration (Primary Focus):
Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with VMR and internal standards.
Accurately input medication volumes and prescription data into internal systems.
Liaise with internal vet team to clarify prescription queries or discrepancies.
Flag and escalate any safety concerns or issues related to prescription validity or customer welfare.
What we are looking for:
Data entry of a high standard
High attention to detail, especially when handling medical and regulated information.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive or urgent matters.
Comfortable navigating CRM systems and data entry platforms.
Working Pattern:
Saturday & Sunday shifts, with a mix of phone support (Saturday AM) and off-phone prescription tasks.
The shift pattern will be:
Saturday: 08.00 - 17.00
Sunday: 10.00 - 16.00
